GROUP MARKETING MANAGER - LED GROUP
We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on, Group Marketing Manager, who will demonstrate leadership across Marketing Operations & campaign effectiveness, managing and developing a team of talented writers, designers, and digital marketeers. Our ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and a comprehensive knowledge of branding.
This is a full-time role, reporting into the Group Marketing Director. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for executing the Group Marketing Strategy across several markets.

The Role
- Oversee marketing project management systems, resource allocation and an efficient internal workflow. Identify and address inefficiencies in processes and campaign execution, streamlining asset creation, approvals, and cross-team coordination.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in creating and implementing a Digital Marketing Strategy. Develop and oversee marketing performance dashboards, ensuring accurate Group KPI tracking, clear visibility into campaign effectiveness, and actionable insights for strategic optimisation.
- Support in UX/UI design.
- Support the development of audience segmentation, messaging strategies, and content pillars.
- Direct and provide hands-on support to the creative and digital team, ensuring smooth project schedules/traffic management, and optimisation of assets.
- Manage the creative team, producing a wide variety of marketing assets, supporting our sub-brands. From new product launches, brochures, point of sale materials, displays, integrated campaigns, online catalogues, packaging, signage, trade events, videos, animation, to SEO optimised thought leadership articles & blogs.
- Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in B2B and B2C sectors, ideally in a similar industry.
- Operational leadership. Ability to take ownership of marketing execution processes and workflows.
- Technical proficiency. Strong understating of marketing automation, analytics, and tracking.
- Project Management. Highly organised, with experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Problem-solving. Proactive in identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions for marketing execution.
- Collaboration and adaptability. Experience working across teams and departments to ensure seamless marketing execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
- Digital Marketing and Project Management qualifications.
- Experience in Marketing Project Management and Marketing Operations.
- Digital experience including content creation, analytics and Martech.
- Min. 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing role.
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Monday.com and project management processes
Key Metrics
Campaign performance and engagement stats, Web and social analytics, asset creation, UX/UI design, budget, traffic mgt/workflow optimisation, deadlines, marketing qualified leads, brand awareness.
