ROBUS Senior Marketing Executive
This is a full-time role, reporting to the LED Group Marketing Director. You will lead all aspects of ROBUS Marketing and own the marketing plan. This role requires cross functional collaboration and creative digital communications.
The role sits within a Marketing team of 10, with 1 or more direct reports. It includes inter-departmental work, and servicing requests from external customers. The ideal candidate is resourceful, and action-oriented, enjoying a role with wide variety. Your contributions will span online and offline activities, including brand, trade, social media, website updates, displays, point-of-sale materials, events and our MyROBUS app.
Supported by our creative team, you will create compelling and engaging content for our social media platforms on the fly. With a passion for storytelling through images, videos, and graphics, and excel at crafting content that captivates our target audience and boosts our brand presence.
The Role:
- Manage the ROBUS Marketing Plan – consulting with ROBUS Stakeholders (NPD, Sales, Technical, Training and more) and the Group Marketing Team to develop Marketing Assets.
- Develop briefs to input to our creative team and sign off on assets produced.
- Manage ROBUS trade marketing channels and advertising schedule.
- Manage ROBUS Marketing Communications.
- Research liaison and time in the field.Manage Website updates.
- Manage our community loyalty App, MyROBUS including customer issues, presenting app to customers, optimising, and idea generation to increase engagements and deliver ROI.
- Support the development, production, and stock management of point-of-sale displays, working with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Ownership of ROBUS social media platforms – developing and implementing a social media strategy, supported by our Digital Marketing Manager.
- Develop, create, and manage ad hoc engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos, managing and scheduling plans.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos.
- Oversee podcast sponsorships and identify new opportunities.
- Support with mid funnel content co-ordination (case studies, brochure content).
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
- Generate ideas and diverse content that aligns with the brand’s strategy and audience.
- Manage our events schedule and planning from end-to-end.
- Compile marketing reports and track ROI.
- Source merchandise and manage stocks.
- Consult with team members and printers on orders and print stocks.
- Manage our database, scheduling and sending emails from HubSpot.
- Maage QR codes and customer data points.
- Manage QR codes and customer data points.(aided by our creative team), web, and app agency.
Your profile
- Experience in a related field or the electrical wholesale or retail trade is a plus.
- Proven history of managing marketing across a variety of roles, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience managing reports, budgets, and suppliers.
- Third level or post graduate qualification in Marketing.
- Excellent communicator, able to interact with diverse types of audiences and an ability to manage relationships at all levels.
- Be an owner – take the lead on challenging and sometimes ambiguous work.
- Open minded and a team player.
- Proven time & task management skills.
- Circa 2yrs experience managing at least two direct reports.
- Attention to detail, good judgement, with a real passion for quality.
- PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook.
Nice to have: Experience using Monday.com, SharePoint and Teams. Previous experience working with marketing automation software such as HubSpot. Training provided.
